 animate example drawing It unites like our BTA-TiO our new Tandem system with an ideal combination of pre-drying and drying in an economical and easy to use way. The capacities and drying times do correspond with each other in a way, that you only have to load the amount of timber in the pre-drying area ("Feed"), which you simultaniously put out of the final dryer ("Output"). A clever, integrated transportation system moves your stacks with each loading/unloding cycle one step side ways in the direction of the final drying. The computer control system optimises the movement of the stacks in correspondance with the moisture content. A perfect move of the stacks from the pre-drying phase to the final drying phase is the result. Thus your timber runs - as in one kiln - smoothly through pre- and final drying, additionally optimised through the benefits of the new Tandem drying! |
