Parallel to our patented climate zones used for many years in the HIGH VAC® we offer optionally zone drying also in our conventional lumber dry kilns.
Each set of heating coils is controlled individually. At the same time the air circulation fans associated with the respective heating coils are adjusted accordingly by the computer control. The desired climate in the kiln is optimized based on the measured lumber parameters in each zone.
